With a BSc in Cognitive Science and an MSc in Psychiatry, she has expertise in Mood Disorders and Anxiety Disorders.

Carol is an Egyptian art psychotherapist. She takes pride in being the first trained art therapist in Egypt and has played a vital role in the growth of the art therapy field in her homeland. She obtained her master's degree in art therapy & counselling from Drexel University in Philadelphia and currently works as a digital art therapy consultant. As a member of the American Art Therapy Association, she has had the privilege of guest lecturing on the integration of digital art therapy tools in clinical and medical settings.
