As a mental health-focused health tech startup founder, I am passionate about creating solutions that can help alleviate the stigma and barriers to accessing mental health services. I have joined the Founder Mental Health Pledge because I believe that prioritizing mental health in the workplace is crucial for the success and wellbeing of both employees and the company as a whole.

My personal motivation to create O7 Therapy stems from my own experience with mental health challenges. I have struggled with depression for many years of my life, and I understand the importance of seeking help and receiving proper treatment. Unfortunately, accessing mental health services in the Middle East can be difficult, expensive, and extremely stigmatized. I wanted to create a solution that could make therapy more accessible, affordable, and convenient for people in the region.
