Therapist Success Specialist
Overview
  • The role of the Customer Success Specialist is to provide a seamless and personal onboarding and launch experience for new therapists, while streamlining processes and maintaining a successful low-touch therapists’ success model. This position is a part of the Customer Success team but works with multiple departments within the organization including Sales, Product, Technology, and Marketing.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Responsible for handling therapists communication by emails, calls, social media..etc. in a timely manner
  • For existing customers, provide retraining (as needed) and first level support for product and technology issues
  • Maintain accurate records and provide pertinent reporting about customers
Skills and Qualifications

Education level.

  • Relevant university degree

Experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience 

Specific skills.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organization standards for excellence
  • Prepares and manages all relative reports
  • Must be well organized
  • Experience working with MS Office applications 
  • Working knowledge of the Internet and web-based applications
  • Experience in developing and delivering, via phone and email, web-based training for customers preferred
