Community Specialist
Overview
  • As a community relations specialist, you will build and maintain relationships with our clients, individuals and organizations, online. Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, and you’ll need to be a team-player to build rapport with various community groups and organizations.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Responsible for handling customers communication by emails, calls, social media..etc.
  • Respond to customers in a timely manner
Skills and Qualifications

Education level.

  • Relevant university degree

Experience.

  • 1-3 years of experience 
  • Previous experience in customer care of luxury brands / healthcare is a plus

Specific skills.

  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organization standards for excellence
  • Prepares and manages all relative reports
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends, or “non-traditional” work hours as business demands dictate
  • Follow-up on appointments, community activities and forms to ensure they’re properly completed.
  • Maintain proper client and program participant records, ensuring they contain current information and remain well-organized and categorized.
